Kool Taste Bakery, would like to ensure all our valued customers make informed choices about it's products. Should you have a food allergy or intolerance, don't worry, because all the information you need is provided below.

What’s in my bread?

Our bread is made with ; Wholemeal Flour, Yeast, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Olive Oil, Freshly Juiced Vegetables (Carrot, Beetroot, Spinach, Herbs), Freshly Grated or Chopped vegetable pieces, Lemon Juice and water. 

The products we sell are fresh and baked to order and the same ingredients and allergen information applies. Please do not hesitate to inquire if you are still not certain.

 

Cross-contamination

Please note that all our bread products are baked fresh to order onsite in our kitchen, which handle ingredients used to make other products. While we have processes and procedures in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, there still remains a marginal possibility of cross-contamination of ingredients. Our kitchen handle all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, and soya.

If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one that could result in you having a major allergic reaction, unfortunately, the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our bread products.

Vegetarian/Vegan?

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians/Vegan unless otherwise specified. There is no gelatin in bread products, food colourings, additives, preservatives nor any animal or dairy products in them.
